1.What does a professional organizer do?

A professional organizer assists individuals and businesses in decluttering and optimizing their spaces. We help clients make decisions about what to keep, develop custom organization systems, and create efficient layouts. Our goal is to improve functionality, reduce clutter, and enhance overall organization to create more streamlined and productive living or working environments.

2. Where do you offer your services?

Dani Costa provides in-person professional organizing services in Burlington, Oakville, Milton, Hamilton and the GTA (Greater Toronto Area) under consultation.

3. When Should I hire a professional organizer?

Are you feeling stuck and unproductive? If you find yourself constantly struggling to maintain order in your home and your lack of organization is affecting your productivity and overall well being, or 

Are you dealing with life changes? Life can throw difficult situations at you, such as the loss of a loved one, going through a divorce or dowsizing in life. During these times, maintaining order in your environment can be challenging and you might need extra help to face it.

4. How long it will take and what is the process?

To get started, we’ll schedule a free call to discuss your needs. Afterward, we’ll arrange either an in-person visit or a virtual tour to help visualize the space and plan potential solutions. While we can provide an estimate of the project duration, it’s important to note that every project is unique. Once you’ve decided to proceed, we’ll work on transforming your space and bringing a sense of tranquility to your environment.

 Hiring a professional organizer can provide the support you need to regain control and move forward.

5. What is your cancelation policy?

To avoid a $69 fee, please make sure to give us at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel.

6. Are you a member of a professional organization?

Indeed, Daniela holds a membership with Professional Organizers in Canada (POC). Being a part of POC entails adherence to their Code of Ethics, emphasizing principles such as honesty, empathy, confidentiality, professionalism, equity, and integrity.

7. Who will I be working with?

In most instances, clients will collaborate directly with Dani for their projects. However, in situations where there’s a need to expedite project completion or when additional support could be beneficial, we may enlist extra organizers. These added organizers are also part of the Professional Organizers in Canada and adhere to their Code of Ethics. Moreover, they are all insured.
